Vietnam's Hanoi ranked 11th among the world's 25 best food destinations this year as voted by Tripadvisor readers, marking its return to the list after last year's absence.
According to Tripadvisor, these destinations will whet your appetite from breakfast till supper.
This year, European cities dominated the list.
London took first place, followed by Dubai and Rome. Hong Kong and Paris rounded out the top five.
In 2024, Hanoi was voted the world's top food destination by Tripadvisor. Its absence from last year's list disappointed industry insiders, as Vietnamese cuisine has become a major draw for international tourists and a key competitive advantage for the country's tourism sector.
The 2026 Travelers' Choice Best of the Best Destinations are calculated based on the quality and quantity of reviews, specific to each award subcategory, for accommodations, restaurants, and things to do in destinations from travelers globally on Tripadvisor between Oct. 1, 2024 through Sept. 30, 2025.
