Day 1 – Hanoi Arrival
Welcome to Vietnam! Upon arrival at Noi Bai International Airport, you will be greeted by our guide and transferred to your hotel in the city center. Free time to relax and explore Hanoi’s Old Quarter at leisure. Overnight in Hanoi.
Day 2 – Hanoi City Tour ( B/L)
8:00 AM: Tour guide picks you up for a full-day Hanoi exploration.
•Visit the Ho Chi Minh Complex (Mausoleum, Presidential Palace, Stilt House - note Mausoleum closures).
• See the unique One Pillar Pagoda.
• Visit the historically significant Temple of Literature.
• Enjoy local lunch at a nearby restaurant.
• Afternoon: Visit the Ethnology Museum (or Women’s Museum if Ethnology Museum is closed).
• Experience the bustling Hanoi Train Street and Old Quarter, including Ngoc Son Temple on Hoan Kiem Lake.
• Return to your hotel around 5:00 PM.
Day 3 – Hanoi – Bat Trang / Incense Village ( B)
In the morning: From 7:15 to 7:30 am, picking you up at hotels in Hanoi Old Quarter & taking 1,5 hour - drive to Incense Village Quang Phu Cau, there, you can see the process that the artisans make the incense with beautiful color and dry them under the sun and making the best photos ever.
Note: If it rains you cannot see the incense so you will visit Bat Trang pottery village (45 minutes driving) instead with pottery workshop where the artisans produce ceramics products for domestic use and exporting. You also practice to make 1 sample with the instructor.
Before 11:30 am, you will be at Train Street to get ready for taking photos/videos of the train coming back to Hanoi Railway station. This is the most expected part of the trip. Then you have lunch there.
Day 4 – Hanoi – Sapa ( B/L)
Morning: After breakfast at your hotel, depart from Hanoi by private vehicle / limousine bus towards Sapa. The journey takes around 5–6 hours through the scenic Northwest mountains, with opportunities to admire terraced rice fields, valleys, and local villages along the way.
Noon: Arrive in Sapa, check in at your hotel, and have some time to rest or enjoy lunch.
Afternoon: Begin a guided visit to Cat Cat Village, home to the Black H’Mong ethnic group. Walk down the valley, see traditional stilt houses, experience local handicrafts such as weaving and embroidery, and visit the Cat Cat waterfall.
Cultural Highlight: Learn about the customs, dress, and lifestyle of the H’Mong people while enjoying panoramic views of Fansipan and the Hoang Lien Son mountain range.
Evening: Return to Sapa town. Free time to explore the local night market or enjoy dinner at a mountain restaurant.

Day 5 – Sapa – Fansipan Peak ( B/L)
Morning: After breakfast at your hotel, transfer to the Fansipan Cable Car Station. Take the spectacular ride up to Mount Fansipan (3,143m) – the “Roof of Indochina.” The cable car journey offers breathtaking views of valleys, rice terraces, and mountain peaks shrouded in clouds.
Midday: Upon reaching the top station, either climb the final 600 steps or take a funicular train to the summit. At the Fansipan Peak, enjoy panoramic views of the Hoang Lien Son mountain range and capture memorable photos at the iconic landmark.
Optional: Visit the spiritual complex with pagodas, Buddha statues, and flower gardens on the mountain.
Afternoon: Return to Sapa town. Free time for leisure – you may stroll around the Stone Church, Sapa market, or enjoy coffee overlooking the mountains.
Overnight in Sapa.
Day 6 – Sapa – Hanoi ( B/L)
Morning: After breakfast, check out and start a guided trek through the beautiful Muong Hoa Valley. Walk down to Lao Chai Village, home to the Black H’Mong people, and continue to Ta Van Village, where the Giay minority live. The trek passes through rice terraces, bamboo forests, and small streams – perfect for stunning photos of Sapa’s landscapes.
Cultural Highlight: Visit local homes, learn about traditional customs, farming practices, and enjoy interactions with ethnic minority families.
Lunch: Enjoy a local-style meal in a family house or a village restaurant with mountain views.
Afternoon: Return to Sapa town. Free time to relax or shop for handmade textiles at the local market before departure.
Late Afternoon: Transfer back to Hanoi by private vehicle / limousine bus.
Evening: Arrive in Hanoi, check in at hotel. Free time at leisure.
Overnight in Hanoi.
DAY 7 – HANOI - HALONG BAY CRUISE ( B/L/D)
08:30 Out tour guide will pick you up from hotel to Halong Bay
11:30 Embark Cruise. Enjoy welcome drink and get a brief introduction about cruise and safety guidelines. Check-in your cabin.
13h15 Have lunch while cruising in the magnificent Ha Long Bay, admiring the fascinating nature, then anchor at Titop Island area.
15h00 – 16h00 Join a guided visit to Sung Sot Cave (also called Amazing Cave), one of the biggest and the most beautiful cave in Ha Long Bay.
16h00 – 17h00 Climb to the peak of Titop Island for the panorama view of the bay. Going down and relaxing on the beach, swimming in the crystal water.
17h20 Return Cruise, enjoying the sunset while relaxing with Happy hour from now to dinner time at the bar.
18h00 Enjoy happy with various drinks on discounts.
19h00 – 21h00 Dinner is served.
21h00 – 22h00 Time to join squid fishing with the crew, sing karaoke or just laze around or relax in your cabin. Overnight on Cruise.
DAY 9 : HANOI - NINH BINH ( B/L)
08:30: Pick up at your hotels in Hanoi Old Quarter
10:30: Arrive in Ninh Binh, visit Thai Vi Temple. With its ornate carvings, tranquil gardens, and rich history, this temple is an unmissable off-beaten-the-track destination. Join us as we explore the secrets and beauty of Thai Vi Temple, and uncover the fascinating stories that have made it a beloved landmark for centuries.
11:30 Our car brings you to Tam Coc, known as “Halong Bay on the land”, where you will spend 1.5 hours on the boat to explore this area. On this excursion down the Ngo Dong River, you will pass through the beautiful paddy fields, limestone karst formation, and a stunning cave system including Hang Ca, Hang Hai, and Hang Ba caves for a unique experience.
13:30: It’s time you get on the bicycle to ride around the local village and discover how amazing life of the local people here.

DAY 10 : NINH BINH ( B/L)

Arrive in Trang An – enjoy a 2–3 hour boat trip through caves, valleys, and karst mountains (UNESCO World Heritage site). The scenery is breathtaking, and you’ll pass through 7–9 caves depending on the route.
Have lunch at a local restaurant with Vietnamese specialties (goat meat, crispy rice).
In the affternoon , we visit Bich Dong Pagoda – a beautiful ancient pagoda complex built into the limestone mountains. Climb up to the higher pagodas for panoramic views of rice fields and rivers.
Return to Hanoi, arriving around 6:00 – 7:00 PM.DAY 11 : NINH BINH - HANOI ( B/ L)
Morning: Free time to relax or explore on your own.
11:00: Our driver will pick you up from your hotel and transfer you back to Hanoi.
