NORTHERN VIETNAM ADVENTURES

DAY 1: HANOI ARRIVAL 

Welcome to Vietnam! Upon arrival at Noi Bai International Airport, you will be greeted by our guide and transferred to your hotel in the city center. Free time to relax and explore Hanoi’s Old Quarter at leisure. Overnight in Hanoi.
 

DAY 2: HANOI – HA GIANG - Journey into the Northern Highlands (B/L/D)

After breakfast, we leave the bustling capital behind and begin our scenic journey north. The road unfolds through fertile plains, winding rivers, and gradually rising mountains.

Lunch is served at a local restaurant .

In the afternoon, we arrive in Hà Giang, a remote frontier town surrounded by dramatic peaks. Visit the Hà Giang Museum to gain insight into the region’s ethnic diversity and history.
In the evening, enjoy a welcoming dinner and a briefing about the upcoming motorbike adventure.

DAY 3: HA GIANG LOOP (B/L/D)

After breakfast, meet your private easyrider driver, who will accompany you throughout the Hà Giang Loop. Following a safety briefing and proper gearing up, the adventure begins.
Ride through the spectacular Bắc Sum Pass, stop at Quản Bạ Heaven Gate, and admire the famous Twin Mountains nestled in the valley below.

Lunch is enjoyed at a local along the route.

In the afternoon, continue riding through traditional Hmong and Dao villages, where daily life remains deeply connected to ancestral customs.
Arrive in Yên Minh by evening for dinner.

DAY 4: DONG VAN KARST PLATEAU – LUNG CU – MA PI LENG PASS (B/L/D)

Today is one of the most breathtaking days of the journey. After breakfast, ride along the winding Thẩm Mã Slope, a true test of mountain roads.
Visit Pao’s House, a beautifully preserved example of traditional Hmong architecture, offering insight into local family life.

After lunch, continue to the Lũng Cú Flagpole, standing proudly at Vietnam’s northernmost point.
The highlight of the day is crossing the legendary Ma Pi Leng Pass, soaring high above the emerald waters of the Nho Quế River, one of Asia’s most dramatic landscapes.
Dinner and overnight in Đồng Văn or Mèo Vạc.

DAY 5: MẬU DUỆ VALLEY – DU GIA VILLAGE NATURE & LOCAL LIFE (B/L/D)

After breakfast, leave the rocky plateau behind and descend into the lush Mậu Duệ Valley, following winding roads through terraced fields and quiet hamlets.

Lunch is served in a local village.

In the afternoon, arrive in Du Già, a peaceful village embraced by rice terraces and flowing streams. Enjoy a gentle trek to a hidden waterfall, where you can swim and relax in nature.

DAY 6: DU GIA – HA GIANG – HANOI (B/L)

After breakfast, enjoy the final ride through scenic valleys and limestone cliffs as we return to Hà Giang town.
Lunch is served before transferring by comfortable van back to Hanoi.

DAY 7: HANOI AT LEISURE – CULTURE & CUISINE (B)

Enjoy breakfast at the hotel before a full day at leisure.
You may explore Hoàn Kiếm Lake, visit ancient temples, or browse local markets.
Optional experiences include a Vietnamese cooking class, street-food tour, or a cyclo ride through the Old Quarter.

DAY 8: HANOI –CAT BA - LAN HA BAY (B/L/D)

7:00-30   Pick-up at hotels if located in the Hanoi Old Quarter by shuttle bus departing to Lan Ha Bay with stopovers for refreshing end route.
12.30 Arrive Beo Harbor, transfer by tender to Sunlight Cruise, and enjoy welcome drinks, receive cruise briefing, safety instructions then check in to your cabin
13.00 A special lunch in Vietnamese cuisine of fresh seafood and an assortment of appetizing favorites are served while sailing through these islands 
14.30 The Cruise sails through Lan Ha Bay .Boat anchor  Doing kayaking around Lan Ha Bay
16:30 Enjoy Swimming in a nearby area, you jumping  from the top of the boat into water.
18:00 Come back to cruise later to enjoy cooking class with fresh spring roll
19:00 Dinner is served in the restaurant. Enjoy delicious local food prepared and served for you by our wonderful onboard catering staff.
After dinner you can join Squid fishing and Singing Karaoke
20:00-21:00 “Happy hour”  on Sundeck with group.

DAY 9: LAN HA BAY – DARK AND BRIGHT CAVE – BACK CRUISE (B/L/D)

06:00 Waking up enjoying beautiful moments when a blazing sunrise breaks the clouds of the island on the bay (accept winter time have no sunrise)
08:00 Your breakfast will be ready in quite bay.
8:30- 9:00: Transfer to small boat to Dark and Bright cave area next to Halong Bay area, doing kayaking by your own through Dark and Bright cave explore
Have lunch on local tender boat with local food serve then boat moving to other area for enjoy swimming
15:00 Back to Sleeping boat for your 2nd night stay ( or hotel)
19:00 Dinner is served in the restaurant. Enjoy delicious local food prepared and served for you by our wonderful onboard catering staff.
20:00 Happy hour free fresh local beer onboard with group.

DAY 10: LAN HA – BIKING TO VIET HAI VILLAGE  - NINH BINH  (B,L)

06.00 Waking up enjoying beautiful moments when a blazing sunrise breaks the clouds of the island on the bay (accept winter time have no sunrise)
07:00: Have breakfast in restaurant , after moving to Viet Hai harbour for biking to the Village passing 5km. It is a wonderful place to ride a bike around for a half hour. The scenery is very pretty
11:00 Lunch is served on boat, have good meal
12:00 Disembark at to Beo Harbor. Get on the bus back to Hanoi, say goodbye Amazing Lan Ha Bay and Cat Ba Island & come to Ninh Binh .

DAY 11: NINH BINH - TAM COC RIVER (B/L)

After breakfast, enjoy a serene rowboat journey along the Tam Cốc River, gliding beneath towering cliffs and through limestone caves.
Lunch is served at a local restaurant.
In the evening, freetime

DAY 12: NINH BÌNH – HA NOI DEPARTURE (B)

Enjoy a breakfast before transferring back to Hanoi.
Depending on your flight schedule, you may have time for a last coffee or short walk before your onward journey.
