Popular Hong Kong celebrities Lai Lok Yi and Joey Thye recently embarked on a memorable trip to Vietnam, exploring the vibrant attractions of Hanoi and Quy Nhon. The visit, which was part of their business trip, has captivated their fans and highlighted some of Vietnam's most intriguing destinations.
In Hanoi, the star duo immersed themselves in the unique atmosphere of Train Street, a famed spot in the city’s Old Quarter. Joey Thye, who boasts over 250,000 Instagram followers, shared a charming photo on her account from a coffee shop along the iconic street, captioned "Hello Vietnam." Train Street is renowned for its makeshift coffee shops set up alongside the train tracks, offering a distinctive experience despite recent restrictions due to safety concerns.
Their adventure continued in Quy Nhon, a coastal city in central Vietnam, where they visited several notable attractions. The pair explored the historic Twin Towers on Tran Hung Dao Street, situated about 3 km from the city center, and Lang Song Church, recognized for its role in early Quoc Ngu printing.
Lai Lok Yi, a well-known actor from TVB, gained prominence through the 2012 sitcom "Come Home Love," while Joey Thye, also a rising star at TVB, is celebrated for her role in "Love at First Lie."
